Before Luxe Insight
After more than a decade working as an independent executive search consultant within the luxury sector, Leila Brunet founded Luxe Insight in 2023.
The work itself has remained the same: identifying leaders whose trajectory and character align with the values of the houses seeking talent.
Earlier in her career, Leila Brunet began at Le Monde, within the Culture & Lifestyle department.
Built on Trust
From the beginning, her work has been built on long-term relationships with the houses she supports.
Over time, many mandates have come through direct recommendation within the luxury ecosystem — a reflection of the trust placed in her judgment and discretion.
This trust remains at the heart of Luxe Insight.
From Paris to the World
While this work was initially developed as an independent practice, its scope gradually expanded.
What began in Paris evolved into collaborations with luxury houses across Europe and international markets, including Asia Pacific, the Middle East and the Americas.
Luxe Insight was created to structure this activity and support its continued development through the team at Luxe Insight, while preserving the same standards of discretion, selectivity and sector insight that shaped it from the beginning.
